2Host Safety Requirements
All hosts listing properties on homestaysbnb are expected to:

3Guest Responsibilities
Guests using homestaysbnb are expected to:

- Immediately report safety concerns to the host or homestaysbnb support
4Prohibited Activities

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay and account suspension.
5Incident Reporting

- Inform the host as soon as possible
- Report the incident to homestaysbnb via support@homestaysbnb.com
We may investigate incidents and take appropriate action, including listing suspension.
6Verification & Monitoring
- Hosts are responsible for ensuring safety standards are met at all times
- homestaysbnb may request documents, photos, or compliance confirmations
- Listings may be removed for repeated complaints or serious violations
